I don't have a problem with people dressing modestly, I always do but people should be able to express themselves through their clothes without grief from others. Its okay to show people that they don't have to expose themselves for attention but if someone is confident doing it then just allow them to live their lives. We also need to work as a society on teaching men to respect women no matter how they are dressed.
Now on one of the articles she posted saying how men were more likely to say yes on sleeping with a girl than vice versa. This could have been that was because the girls didn't feel safe around the man. Because of the kidnappings and scary stuff, they may only do the deed with a man they know is good. In movies, there are no evil women characters (most of the time), so we have been cultured into thinking women can't be criminals, or stuff like that.
We don't need to force on young women to dress modestly, nor do we need to tell them to dress immodestly. Wear what makes you feel confident. I like to wear modest clothing, but some people may not and that perfectly ok!
